Importing client information into 3CX from ConnectWise Manage

In case you're not familiar, 3CX is a world renowned PBX packed with features. Unfortunately, making use of all these features can occasionally become time consuming as inputting data is a very tedious process.

We have created a little script which connects to the Connect Wise API, fetches all the actively managed companies, and generates a csv which can easily be imported through the 3CX dashboard.

Once imported, all of your clients - including their phone numbers - will be present in 3cx and their names will show up whenever they call in!
